An RD will separate facts from fads and will help you translate this into understandable, science-based nutritional information, promoting positive lifestyle changes for improved health.
A registered dietitian is a trained food and nutrition expert who has completed the following professional requirements.
- Minimum of a science-based bachelor's degree (many registered dietitians have advanced degrees)
- Minimum of 900 hours in an internship (usually one year)
