Washington Health Foundation (Legal Name: Washington Health Foundation) was established in 1983 as a 501(c) (3) nonprofit corporation to serve as a guardian of gifts and bequests to the Washington Health. It is designed to enhance the health care system by increasing public awareness and by providing financial support. Through generous contributions from companies and individuals, the Foundation has funded many important projects.
The mission of the Washington Health Foundation is to enhance Washington Health by increasing public awareness and by providing financial support.
Since 1948, the Washington Township Health Care District has remained a vital link to providing excellent health care for our community.
